Alumni Night (17 November 2015) – Four distinguished alumni of the Department of Political Science visited campus on Tuesday, November 17 and shared their experiences following graduation with junior and seniors nearing completion of their coursework at Texas State University. Sierra Edgar (PS, 2014), April Shaw (PA 2008; MPA 2012), Alecia Mayberry (MLS 2011), and Dianne Hirsch (PS 1982) discussed how they got their first jobs following graduation and offered advice on resumes, the interview process, office politics, and managing social media.
