MPA students Ricardo Zavala and Moaz Kahn attended the Texas City Management Association (TCMA) Conference on South Padre Island from June 8 –12, 2016 with Dr. Howard Balanoff. Both Ricardo (left) and Moaz (right) were recipients of Texas City Management Association scholarships to attend the Annual TCMA Conference.
