Phi Alpha Delta, Texas State’s Pre-Law Fraternity, held a mock trial on Wednesday, November 8th, in the Department of Political Science’s Moot Courtroom in UAC. The entire session was student-led and included opening statements, the examination and cross-examination of six witnesses, and final statements by the prosecution and defense.
Gabby Cepeda, a junior majoring in political science, served as the judge. She has been involved in Mock Trial competition for over five years. The Texas State Mock Trial team is set to compete with UT Austin in April.
