On April 1, 2021, Political Science Senior Patrick Moloney was selected as the Outstanding Undergraduate Student in the College of Liberal Arts, 2020-2021. This award for dedicated academic and community excellence is given to a single nominated student each year. Moloney is a Political Science major with minors in Honors Studies and Public Administration, a 2021 Fulbright program finalist, and President of the Model Arab League. Dr. Thomas Varacalli noted “Patrick was an extraordinary student. His scholarship was serious and poignant. He handled his many responsibilities with gravitas and dignity. He will go on to do great things!” The Department congratulates Moloney on his award and wishes him the best in his future!
