Dr. Hyun Jung Yun has been selected as a board member of the Korean Advertising Society (KAS), one of the largest national academic societies covering interdisciplinary academic fields such as political communication. Dr. Yun was nominated by the executive director of the Korean Advertising Society and confirmed by the president of the KAS.
The purpose of the Korean Advertising Society is to improve advertisements in theories and practices and promote research and collaboration by its members. The first international board meeting of KAS has been scheduled for July 5th, 2023 at Gangnueng Lakai Sandpine Resort in Gangwon-do, Korea.
In regard to her nomination and selection, Dr. Yun commented that she is “deeply grateful to the international scholars who value my scholarship and academic contributions to the field of political communication.“
